Fluid Wings Releases Competition Canopy Piloting Wing: the HK
On May 1, 2016 Fluid Wings will begin to accept orders for their newest competition Canopy Piloting Wing, the HK. The HK is a part of an ongoing project, setting the standards for high performance innovation.
The new addition builds on the already successful Helix. The HK is a 27-cell cross braced construction with a tri-taper leading edge. The wing is built of all sail material and features mini-ribs at the trailing edge as well as optimized inlets. The HK has an all original airfoil design and the plan-form is highly honed for results in the competition environment. Already proven in competition, the HK is well suited for serious pilots wanting something beyond the standard stock class of wings. The HK is available in sizes 64 (pending), 67, 69, 71, 75, 79, and 84.
